Yara Sayeh Shahidi (THE ACTRESS)



Yara Sayeh Shahidi was born on February 10, 2000, in Minnesota. 

Her nationality is American-Iranian, she is currently 15.

Yara is an American actress best known for playing 'Zoey' on the sitcom Black-ish. 

She also appeared on 'The First Family'.

Shahidi began her career at the young age 6, she has made appearances in television and print advertisements for companies such as McDonald's, Disney,Target, GapKids, Ralph Lauren, Guess Kids, and Children's Place. 

The talented Yara made her theatrical debut in 2009, starring opposite Eddie Murphy in Paramount Pictures' Imagine That'. 

Yara received a Young Artist Award nomination. 

 Yara starred in ABC's prime-time comedy Black-ish as 14-year-old Zoey Johnson 2014 . 

December 2014 Yara was nominated for an NAACP Image Award in the category of 'Best Supporting Actress in a Comedy' and won. 

She also featured in other films like 'salt' as salts neighbour, 'Unthinkable' 2010 as Katie, and 'Rip city' 2011 as Montana and many more.
